Workshop Terms and Conditions

Subject to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, The Wellbeing Collective will allow you to attend the Workshop and provide you with resources to support your learning and self-development as outlined on the website.

In the event that you are unable to attend a Workshop you may nominate another person to attend in your place, provided that The Wellbeing Collective is informed of the identity of any such attendee no less than 24 hours prior to the relevant Workshop date.

Tickets may be cancelled by the ticket holder no less than one week prior to the relevant Workshop date.

Tickets cancelled prior to this date will be fully refunded 5 working days after the relevant workshop is completed.

Tickets cancelled less than one week before the relevant workshop date cannot be refunded. Once the workshop has begun, no refunds or credits will be given.

The Wellbeing Collective cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from attendance at any Workshop.

The Wellbeing Collective has sole and exclusive ownership of all right, title, and content associated with all Workshops including all copyright and any other intellectual property rights therein.

The Wellbeing Collective reserves the right to use any feedback collected in relation to the Workshops for promotional purposes.

Fees are payable at the point of purchase online.

In the event that the full Fee, as appropriate, is not received prior to the Workshop commencing, The Wellbeing Collective will deny you access to the Workshop.

The Wellbeing Collective shall be entitled to cancel any Workshop and terminate this agreement by notice to you at any time.

The Wellbeing Collective does not represent or warrant that: (i) the provision of the Workshop(s) will be timely, uninterrupted or error-free, (ii) the Workshops will meet your requirements or expectations, (iii) errors or defects will be corrected. The Workshops are provided to you strictly on an “as is” basis. All conditions, representations and warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third party rights, are hereby disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

The Wellbeing Collective shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, business or business benefit, or the cost of procurement of substitute products or services by you arising from:

(a) cancellation of a Workshop;

(b) attendance at a Workshop;

(c) alteration of the times, dates, itineraries or speakers of any Workshop; or

(d) any delay or failure to provide a Workshop that is due to third parties

even if advised by you or any other party of the possibility of such damages.

You shall not reassign tickets without prior notification to and approval by The Wellbeing Collective.

Neither party will be liable for any loss or damages arising from delays resulting from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of such party, provided that the nonperforming party uses reasonable efforts to avoid or remove such causes of nonperformance and continues performance hereunder with reasonable dispatch whenever such causes are removed.

Nothing in this Agreement shall give, directly or indirectly, any third party any enforceable benefit or any right of action against The Wellbeing Collective, and such third parties shall not be entitled to enforce any term of this Agreement against The Wellbeing Collective.

 

SPEAKER BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total delivery fee is required to secure your booking. The date and service requested is not secured until deposit funds are cleared.

Payment of remaining monies will be made once the Speaking Event has taken place, to be received within 7 days. 
 

COACHING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Wellbeing Collective will allow you to attend Coaching Sessions and provide you with resources to support your learning and self-development as outlined on this website.

In the event that you are unable to attend a coaching session, The Wellbeing Collective requires notification no less than 24 hours prior to the relevant session in order to reschedule at no cost. Notification of cancellation less than 24 hours before an appointment will require the session cost to be paid in full.

DIGITAL PRODUCT AND E-COURSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When engaging with our digital products (“Products”), we ask that our customers maintain reasonable measures to ensure that only they have access to paid digital resources and e-Course content. This includes taking reasonable steps to protect your downloaded products, passwords or access to e-Course content. You are not permitted to share access to your digital content with others.

Upon payment, we hereby grant you a licence to use the purchased Product. This licence is limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable and non-transferable, and is subject to the rights and obligations granted under these Terms.

This licence is personal to you and cannot be shared or exchanged with others.

You shall not copy, modify, transmit, reproduce, download, distribute or in any way exploit the Products or any other copyrighted materials provided other than for your own personal, non-commercial use. We may suspend or cancel your access immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these Terms and Conditions. Any other purpose is expressly prohibited under these terms. You shall also not permit anyone else to copy, use, modify, transmit, distribute or in any way exploit the Products or any other copyrighted materials.

You may not reproduce any part of our work, communicate or share any of the content on this website, including digital files, video or audio downloads, without the permission of the copyright owner. If you do not have permission, you are violating the owners copyright.
